I am trying to pick up a TE on waivers to replace Larry Donnell. I had no idea Julius Thomas would be out for weeks. Im also trying to potentially trade for a RB.

Donnel is just fine until Thomas comes back. He isn't a big name, but he's worth sticking with at this point. Go after runningbacks. Three is not even close to enough.

QB Matt Stafford Derek Carr Colin Kaepernick RB Adrian Peterson Carlos Hyde Fred Jackson WR Randall Cobb Steve Smith Terrence Williams Brandon Marshall TE Julius Thomas Larry Donnell K Nick Folk Def Detroit Lions Miami Dolphins How many players do you play at each position? Unless you can play 2 QB's per week, I would recommend trading away Kaep or Carr for another strong RB. You shouldn't need 3 QB's if you only have to start one. And a guy like Stafford usually puts up pretty big fantasy numbers, so he's a guy you will likely want to play most weeks. You just want a good back up with a different bye week to cover for that week and maybe in the odd case where Stafford has a terrible match up and the back up has a great one. Also, personally, I don't keep more than one defence. Most defences are more dependent on match ups than on their overall ability. There are a few exceptions to that rule, but you can usually pick up a decent defence with a solid match up each week. My recommendation would be to hang on to Detroit, and use the Dolphins spot as a replacement player spot. It's nice to have a replacement spot so that you can pick up a promising free agent or fill in for a player on a bye week if need be. Those are just things that I would do if I had your team. Hope that helps.

+Why did you draft 3 QBs, 2 DSTs, and 2 TEs? WRs and RBs are a hell of a lot more valuable.
