Its the time of year where I look at my fantasy team I just drafted and I waffled hourly between thinking "I think I have a pretty decent team." to "OMG MY TEAM IS HORRIBLE I AM A SHITTY DRAFTED AND I AM GONNA FINISH LAST!"
So here you have it my team, for you all to pick apart and likely make my insecurities worse!

Just know I waited one round two long to snatch up Tannehill or Bridgewater who were the guys I was targeting. I waited one round more cause they were down the draft board and I thought nobody would have thought about them.. Next thing I know they are gone two picks later..

You have a QB flex and your best QB is Palmer. I mean... Yeah. Your WR1 is a 2, your 2 is a 3, your 3 is a 3. Man I love Maclin, but he's going to be a 6 catch for 60 yard kinda guy with the occasional TD. I'm not a huge fan of Evans as a 1. And your WR depth is horrible even though you have 6. (Again! My opinion!) Now, I do like your RB depth, I mean, not for the first two games, but after that you should be swell.

Waiting for QBs has become too popular too be good anymore. Great QBs win championships in FF Who waits in a QB flex?? Bad idea even in standard these days. Waiting and winning with a low QB 1 doesn't make sense now that WR depth is off the handles thanks to recent draft classes. Get your Rbs, one elite WR and your passer a d balance the team a little. That's my plan.

Waiting for QBs has become too popular too be good anymore. Great QBs win championships in FF Who waits in a QB flex?? I waited at QB in my own league at Yahoo. Simply asleep at the wheel. And with 12 peeps in a QWRT flex spot (in addition to a WRT and 3 IPD spots). But Jin, it would be helpful to know how many in the league?!? Oh, I finished 7th of 12, must've gotten lucky, serious. Your settings would dictate that Morris is your flex (and he's not a PPR gem, but at .5, eh). Even with the teensy bonus for QBs, break even would be a 50% pass completion, so 10 - 15% more is negligible. But if a 12 team, I give it a B, 10 team C-. You're super solid at RB and TE, sketchy at WR, kinda dead in the water at QB. lol I like Navarro Bowman.

When Palmer is healthy he is a solid fantasy QB. Not top of the league by any means, but he puts up a solid 20 to 30 points a game when healthy. Especially with the wealth of receivers, a solid o-line and good receiving RBs he has in Arizona. The question to me is more will he stay healthy. Mariota is just an unknown. They to me are more Boom or Bust guys, than sure things. Also to say I waited too long seems odd, because it was between my 4th and 5th picks that a run on 6 QBs happened. From there it was a ridiculous drop off and I did not think guys like Cam, Teddy and Tannehill would have gone in the 4th and 5th rounds. From there I didn't have much of a choice, it was go with Eli Manning, Palmer or Bradford for vets. Or go with Mariota, Winston, Carr or Bortles for youngins. I am more worried about my WRs than anywhere else. I think Evans will come out as a TD machine and a solid #1 WR this year, but from there I am nervous. Maclin has the fantasy WR killer in Smith, Brown is going to be fighting for touches with a stacked WR corp, Johnson is a sleeper pick, Parker is a boom or bust pick but similar to brown will be fighting for touches in busy WR group, and Harvin was picked in the 16th round and it was between him and Dwayne Bowe and all the other good WR's left fucked my bye weeks up pretty hard.. I am gonna see what can be done through waivers, and hope for the best from there.. Trades don't happen in this league as we are all friends and nobody trusts anyone lol.

Here are a few names on the waivers right now who I was considering for my team as well, but wasn't sure between them and Harvin.
Brandon Coleman - Saints Dorial Green-Beckham - Titans Phillip Dorsett - Colts Alan Hurns - Jags James Jones - Giants Robert Woods - Bills
Don't feel good about any of those really.. Coleman might not be a bad deal..

That last thing I bolded is hilarious. And true, so true. haha Yeah, the QBs go early in a 2 QB, even if 1 is a QWRT, especially in a 12 teamer. Cuz even your backup (like Eli should be lol) in the flex usually won't stiff you. Palmer is decent, but all he really know that well is an aging Fitz. IDEK who their TE is. Mariota is just a huge ? mark, with an even more questionable surrounding offense. But I'd agree your WRs may be the bigger issue, as your QBs settings are weak. Oh, that raccoon or skunk or whatever they call him is on no one's radar. You can surely upgrade at DB. Here are a few names on the waivers right now who I was considering for my team as well, but wasn't sure between them and Harvin. Brandon Coleman - Saints Dorial Green-Beckham - Titans Phillip Dorsett - Colts Alan Hurns - Jags James Jones - Giants Robert Woods - Bills Don't feel good about any of those really.. Coleman might not be a bad deal.. I kinda like Alan Hurns. He went hot and cold for me last year. IDK how many times I added & dropped him. But I like Bortles a little better. I'd probably take him over Mariota. Well, my own 2 drafts start in a few hours. Wish me luck. Yahoo is a real bitch with the IDPs. They're not listed in any kinda order. You have to keep track of who's been drafted, and type in names to find someone, it's dreadful. EDIT: Forgot what I bolded there, started it yesterday. lol I think Mike Evans might be overrated as well, we shall see. I dropped him like an idiot by mid-season cuz of bye conflicts, and he was inconsistent. But he got better later. Just worried about Winston. Maclin can line up anywhere, often in the slot. I think Alex Smith will do much better with him and a healthy Kelce. Bowe was a slouch.

I didn't see you had Mariota! Of course, he has to prove himself to get into your starting lineup, but once he does, you're going to be just fine as long as you make the playoffs. He'll be a starting QB by the end of the year.
None of those free agents are even close in a 12 team. Lol at Bortles.
