And whats the only room in the stadium without a camera? The bathroom because its illegal. Answer me this. Were there eleven of the patriots balls under inflated or not? If the answer is yes and they were under inflated early in the game. How do you think that happened? An accident? Simple question. And answering with I don't know won't work. Bill and Tom have already tried that. Maybe they "already tried that" because they don't know? Accident seems plausible to me. Wake up Mork. They know. I personally don't think it is a big deal, except its cheating. I think the qb should be able to play with a totally flat ball if he wants. Who cares. But rules are rules. And the Pats seem to always walk on the wild side of them. I think its a sickness in Bill. He's a genius we all know but so was the Uni bomber. Just has this sick side. The Pats don't need to do this to win. But they do it anyway. I don't get it. As lots of older QB's have said. "No way in hell does Brady not know the difference in the ball" And I agree with them. I like Brady, but he should not try to make us all look stupid and be his sheep. I know when someone is lying. We can discuss this all day and get no where. So I'm going to bed. I hope the facts come out and we get a resolution. Someday.

He carried 2 bags of balls into the bathroom? Well if he didn't take them in to tamper with them, then I am Ronald Reagan. If you believe that report from Pro Football Talk, then it is clear that this guy tampered with the footballs if he took them into the bathroom (why else would a locker room attendant take footballs into the bathroom?). Technically, the article is also misleading in one small, grammar-centered way that my OCD has to point out. The article says it was deflated by two pounds. He forgot to add the "per square inch" to the end so as not to confuse ignorant people into thinking the balls weighed 2 pounds less than they were supposed to lol. Since you pointed this report out, you obviously believe in it so as to question if he actually had time. Since we both now agree that this attendant took the balls into a separate room away from both the field and the officials' locker room (in this case, the bathroom), and if you believe the msn report that only 10 of the balls were under inflated to 1 psi per square inch, then it seems that he would have enough time to deflate the balls by one psi rather than two psi, since it would cut the time in half that he needed to deflate the balls, thus disputing the claim that the weather and "atmospheric properties" affected the balls naturally. Just to clarify, I don't know the real answer to what happened here (nor does anyone not involved with what really happened) and I don't really have an opinion on whether or not the Pats are guilty. I don't really care, as this entire thing is just blown up way beyond anything reasonable. CoC, you were right earlier when you said that this is only an issue because of the team involved. People feel passionately about the Patriots in either a negative or positive way, so this issue has led to many people accusing them with little proof, and many others staunchly defending them with equally little proof. What I will comment on is the part I bolded above. Reducing the amount of air pressure being let out by half would not drop the amount of time it would take by half. When filling up or letting air out of balls, what takes the most time is getting the ball, finding the pin hole and inserting the air pump. The amount of air pressure being released doesn't impact that portion of the actions, and it might save an extra second per ball in total. I'm just pointing this out because you seem to be in full accusation mode right now and seem too willing to jump on anything you might view as evidence in favor of your view. Why not instead of creating a new thread every time a piece of possible evidence surfaces, we just wait until something important has actually been discovered?

Am I the only non Patriots that doesn't give a shit about this? I really don't like the Patriots, at all, yet I think this is being made into way to big of a deal. Even if they did "cheat" I really don't care that much, as I don't find it to be a game breaking way of cheating. Yea, if they did it slap their wrist and fine them a good chunk of money, but everyone up in arms needs to take a breath and let it go. Honestly if any other team in the league did this nobody would really care that much.

I disagree that no other team would be treated the same. Any team that is going to the super bowl and did this in the AFC championship game would come under scrutiny. I think anyway.

You think going to the bathroom to use the bathroom is not feasible? Sure that is feasible. But do you think the fact that eleven balls came out with less air that the others is a freak of nature? Perhaps his fart changed the atmospheric conditions in the bathroom. It's like schrodingers ballboy. Sent from my 1991 Sony Walkman LCB

Craig, why would you 'like' this post only to dispute him right after? Misclick? lol

But sure Dive I am sure you will argue that that is completely different even though it is not.
