Analysts and Jets fans were all hoping or predicting the Jets draft a WR in the first 3 rounds (minimum). I think NY is more confident in their current group than most people are.
We have: Eric Decker (size, hands, redzone playmaker), Jeremy Kerley (solid slot WR sometimes more), Stephen Hill (Injury prone with too many drops, but he has taken over games a few times, gets open a lot and plays well against NE. The jets can't give up on him yet.), Jacoby Ford (another injury prone, but potentially explosive player), and David Nelson (another big WR who really showed up in the last 4 games of 2013).
After drafting Amaro to pair up with Cumberland, the jets have two good pass catching TE's. Add it all up, and I don't see the jets needing to take the popular WR pick until the late rounds.

I actually agree with you. And seeing that this is the best WR class in history (arguably), you can still find a very very solid one tomorrow.

I was actually somewhat confused by drafting another corner early because the jets resigned 2 young corners (Darrin walls and Isaih Trufant), added Demetri Patterson (from Miami), and have Milliner + Kyle Wilson. That's 6 corners total.

But how many of those are quality corners? Milliner started to look good at the end of last year, and Kyle Wilson is solid, but I haven't heard of any of those other guys. I understand drafting corner. nyj
